If there are specifically any patches you want made just let me know in the comment section and I'll reach out to the mod author who it belongs to for permission. What I have posted as of time of writing is almost all the PA mods I use, but I'll make more if people ask.
I'm actually not seeing the mod anywhere on Nexus anymore, unless it has changed names. If you can link me the new page I can try and check, as I cannot seem to find it.
Until then, it would really depend on which version the new uploader uploaded. I know SCVTM was tweaking the original mod to re-work how Armor Class worked, but was waiting until the updates had stabilized to go back and check my patches.
Not being uploaded again. SCVTVM account was banned because apparently there are people whose only hobby in life is to flock and harass authors here in nexus, and false-report them too. Go to Bethesda.net there's a mod called "Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum" does similar things as PAIAP with Armor Class, Power Armor training and doesn't touch the Power Armors themselves so whatever that mod does can be applied to Black Devil too and any other PA.
Considering on applying this to my playthrough, though I use Enclave X-02 Black Devil Power Armor which PAttP also covers. Just wondering if you would give this PA the same treatment, as I think it might be worth it to be in line with PAttP.
I did look into the Black Devil X-02 mod and it turns out it already has an enchantment on it's individual pieces to reduce damage, two on each in fact. This is pretty much the same thing as what the Tribal Power armor does and why I didn't do that armor despite me using it. Adding the enchantment from PAIAP would be overkill in my opinion. Forget about them being tanks; I think they'd be nigh un-killable. Bullet spongey to the Nth degree.
Looking at the Black Devil PA in FO4Edit, it also looks like it only comes with the one lining (probably why it has the double damage reduction enchantment). I could replace the enchantments with the PAIAP ones, but I think that it's probably already buffed enough from these two original enchantments.
Ah fair enough! Thanks for the explanation! I'd go with just leaving them as is, the least conflicts the better in some ways. In terms of load order, I'm thinking of positioning PAIAP below PAttP, would this be okay?
-EDIT- In fact actually, I've just been looking at some of the features of the main PAIAP and it looks like there'd be some compatibility issues with PAttP, so I'm just wondering, going by the bottom of your description, how this works for you?
I have a self-edited version of the PAIAP mod's esp to remove conflicts with PAttP and several other mods I use, like Damn Apocalypse (which has its own Power armor system sorta).
It was pretty easy to open the mods up in xEdit and check for conflicts and decide which mods I wanted to not affect something. Just had to remove the conflicting records from the mod.
I run PAttP (and patches) above PAIAP. Last in load order wins, but I'd recommend try to edit them in xEdit to get them to really play nice together and make each other better.
