Might I suggest an expansion of this mod using the police weapons by Degenerate Dak and CESPteam? They lean towards a wood-heavy 60s-70s vibe that fits in well with the style of this game. (Though their mods do usually use Munitions)
Regardless, I would suggest increasing the chance of the CPD spawning with better weapons (including shotguns) as I noticed the ones outside the BADTFL HQ often get overwhelmed by respawning vanilla raiders who have access to higher level list weapons.
