I absorbed the LL into the main file with xEdit so two mods weren't needed. I also edited the ESL of the NCR Outfit Pack requirement to be ESP because NCR Outfit Pack is an ESP on Bethesda.net and not an ESL so mods seeking the ESL will not work due to the Xbox version being ESP. I also made a patch long ago to convert the name of the file ESL mods are seeking, but the new method I used eliminates the need for my prior patch.
Hi there, I know this is a long shot and a little ungrateful, but I thought I'd ask anyways. I really like having the retextured NCR uniform for the Minutemen, as it gives a much more professional/military look while keeping in with the lore. But do you think you could change the blue color of the uniform to something that's darker, like the blue color in the Militarized Minutemen mod? I'd do it myself and not bother you, but I have no clue where to start on modding, and don't possess any of the required applications.
Paint.net will easily fix that for you. drop the texture thats too blue in paint.net, select the blue area with the magic wand, adjust hue/saturation and move the slider til its the blue you want. Save. Enjoy.
Just wanna say that this is a mod that I've been looking for for a long time, and it's great! Gonna use it in my current playthrough. But I just want to make a small request: For an optional set of textures to make it appear more like Spanish-American US uniforms (As seen in pics). I'll still be using it if it won't be added, and a good mod anyway!
A new and improved level list injection would be amazing for this, though I actually have no sense on how making mods works, so it's probably easier said than done.
Looks great, but it doesn't work, they don't appear in the chem station anywhere, is there something i'm missing? i have to get something before i ccan craft them?
Hopefully you've solved this in the months since, but just incase you haven't, go to Diamond City and head into the clothing shop there. You need to buy the plans for the different outfits before you can craft them.
Always nice to see another minuteman mod. Though I do agree with an earlier commenter in saying that the uniform needs to be darker blue. Would you also consider making a version which removes the ranger helmet so it doesn't look so obviously NCR?
Thing is lorewise, the NCR ranger gear in new vegas is gear of the LA police department in the pre-war times so it'd make sense that the same gear is used in other regions police departments including Boston (and then theres also the ranger armor in f76 which is gear for Charleston police department) so it should make sense for the minutemen to use the police gear of their region the same way the NCR did
