Implemented workaround for the FO4NG matswap bug so that they are now applied properly.
The previsibine patch is now included in the main file download. USE IT! Place Rebuild_<SettlementName>_Previs.esp at the bottom of your load order and below PRP if you use it.

Fixed the walls on the upper floors that had a different wall paper texture (was dirty instead of clean even after repairing). Repair them to get clean wallpaper.
Repair the stairs for clean wallpaper to match the downstairs.
The plaster wall by the bathroom now has wallpaper after repairing

After repairing the boathouse doors, the door will be moved to the front so they do not open to the water.

Changed the glass texture for the sunroom so it is more transparent. (Thanks to ESmite for recommending vault glass)
Fixed collision on the repaired sunroom so you cannot target items on the other side of the walls.
Set up a section of flooring in the boathouse that can be repaired. When repaired, it will remove the posts and ladder and fill in the floor. Floor pieces are navmeshed.
Set up the middle boathouse door so that it can be repaired. When repaired, 2 working doors will take the place of the non-working vanilla doors.
The traps and trap bases are now scrappable.
Changed how the boathouse door and broken house door are repaired. They are now repaired with the house and boathouse so they can be used prior to repairing.
Flipped the boathouse door around so it opens out. Vanilla had it opening in and to the left and it was really hard to navigate around it.
Changed the roof pieces to use wood, steel (nails), asbestos (shingles) instead of wood and oil.
