   Not sure if it's the base mod or the patch or something else entirely causing it, but some of the characters in the simulation have purple faces.

      Dug around a little. Looks like an issue with the main mod if you have CharGen feature enabled in x-cell. It only have the meshes but there's no textures from the looks of it.
      
      I've uploaded freshly generated FaceGen files as optional that you can use, which should fix the issue.

   Anyone else have a problem with the quest just... never starting?
   
   (I'm running the T-49 mod, Fallout Brotherhood, Upgradeable T-49, and this eXoPatch, in that order.)

      I believe so. I finished Dangerous Minds a long time ago, and I've leveled up much more than twice since then.

      Try "SetStage eXoShoddyStartupQuest 20" and see if that does it.
      Was a while since I made it. But did test it like 3 times and had a couple of others who confirmed it working as well.

      I tried that before, it had no effect. The startup quest stage is already at 30. Both shoddyquest and shoddyquestradio are at 0.

      I tried again on another save and the quest popped without issue. Odd, but I was considering starting a new character anyway. Thanks for the responses though!
