If the loading time has not changed or has changed slightly, check that nothing is blocking the FPS on the loading screen: set LoadingScreenFPS to 500 for example, and the loading screens in game should also be about 500 FPS.
Do not disable the iLoadingScreenFPS settings, it is still needed for fast loading (maybe I will fix it in future versions). Do not set high values.
If you are using High FPS Physics Fix mod try set AllowTearing to true in HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini or add AllowTearing=true to HighFPSPhysicsFIx_custom.ini to Main section.
To control loading time you can use High FPS Physics Fix mod with settings: [OSD] EnableOSD=true LoadingTime=true
Add this lines to HighFPSPhysicsFix_custom.ini

Hi just want to add something. This mod does cause memory leak it is true. I have rtx 4080 12gb ram it keeps crashing. the moment i switch to xcell everything start working fine. USE X-CELL.
I'm sorry to report that this mod cause me a lot of trouble. I kept getting a CTD sometimes with a buffout report and sometimes without. I tried everything I could think of to optimize my mods finally I noticed comments here about some issues and deactivated just this mod and boom all my crashes stopped.
It would crash all the time when moving outdoors and moving between cells. The crash reports when they loaded would give me this error: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF7F54F9D86 Fallout4.exe+1739D86 the stack would show this as the last action before the crash.
I hope this can help you to track down what was causing this issue as I do notice a much longer loading time though I'll take it any day to crashing every 30 to 60 minutes.
Is this causing memory leak in pre NG or Next G? I've been having allot of issues with memory lately and I have 64 gigs of ram. I used to run the game on 8gigs.
no it does not. somethings wrong with his Settings. Low-end rig xD and if you have a NVIDIA Graphics Card you can change the Settings in the NVIDIA Control Center under CUDA (System fallback)
looks like it, after uninstalling this i have yet to crash in 2 days, unlike before where i had a crash like every 2-3 hours. buffout and x-cell seems to handle loading times for me just fine anyway(atleast its the same speed as before when i only had buffout+this fix). 1.10.984 NG
For anyone looking at this who is questioning "why the memory leak claims", I have one instance of it. Besides this, I can't find anything else.
If you're using LooksMenu and swapping through hairs, it seems to not release the resources tied to loading the texture/material. At first it'll seemingly go up by maybe 2 to 10mb at a time but after scrolling through enough (or even back and forth over the same two), you'll see memory begin to jump up sporadically. I've ran a bare-bones installation with the basic requirements, FallUI, LooksMenu, and this. The scenario above has had my RAM jump up to 40gb.
I'm not saying this is the same for everyone, but I can at least say for me that this mod was the culprit.
Specs: - 7900x - 64gb ram - 4090
I've only used pre-NG so I can't say if it happens there.
do you have a good computer? i installed this and it has really helped with the loading times. i used to have literally like 3 or 4 minute loading times to in a building down to a few seconds and the new update hasn't affected at least for me.
I don't know if it's typical, but i went from over a minute to like not noticing my load screens at all. I don't know how long really. I always zone out, but before I was like figuratively drumming my fingers.
(edited) never mind, I use vortex mod manager and it randomly had my address library plugin disabled. I keep getting a warning saying that something is outdated, I think the address library. how are you using it? I have the latest in everything.
I'm not sure why were other people experiencing memory leak and other glitches, cause it's working fine for me so far.
My loading time (especially black screen loading) has improved significantly! Before this I have to Alt+Tab in & out of the game window to fix the issue.
Other than that, I didn't notice any weird glitch or performance issue. But I will update if I notice any.
FYI,
My game version is 1.10.163.0
I followed the installation instructions carefully.
I installed the mods and launched the game using Vortex Mod Manager.
I encountered some FPS drops during long gameplay sessions, so I tried installed High FPS Physics Fix.
Turns out they pretty much does the same thing, and High FPS Physics Fix seems to be better(?) during long gameplay sessions. So as a result I uninstalled Long Loading Times Fix.
This is one of the worst mods that out there. The memory leaks on this one are severe. I was waiting up to 10 minutes just for the main menu to load. And another 3 to start the save game and maybe 3 to load up the save game. Glad this community is so vivid and helps eachother out. Ever since I deleted this mod my game is crazy fast loading.
to anyone looking to install this mod, don't. it has a memory leak and will slowly degrade your game the longer it runs. screen tearing, crashes, low res textures, frame stuttering. all widely reported, and i experienced it as well

I think eh made a typo in his haste TO USE ALL CAPS....
Dipshits :)
X-Cell also does not fix load times, but you should still use it.

tl;dr: Prioritize installing High FPS Physics Fix.
I choose this one because it can be installed and managed with Vortex.
