The requirements to craft the Cannibal Enhancement recipes have been corrected.
The Wendigo state has been added, which has a very low probability of being triggered after consuming an NPC.
Recipes have been added to increase the chances or completely suppress the activation of the Wendigo state. Recipes have also been added to suppress the aftermath once the Wendigo state is deactivated.
Some descriptions in the cannibalism perks have been corrected.
