Over by the Poseidon Reservoir is a Hobo-Shack. It's nestled under the skyway bridge. It's warmer than outside, and rather cozy for a Hobo-Shack. There is plenty of storage for you and a cooking pot for your Hobo-Beans.
You can access it from the bridge above. Watch your step. The doors can be a little "pushy" so be careful.
The stairs/ladder at the bottom requires a little jump. It's tricky but you'll get it. Don't climb right to the top.
There are no loading screens. This is a commonwealth exterior home, and certainly not meant for followers. Hobo's don't have followers.
