Outstanding! I've been hoping and almost begging for such a mod for years (making myself unpopular in the process lol) as I hated pushover boss-fights and the disjointed feeling that the randomized legendary system leads to with legendary underlings presenting a tougher threat than many of the bosses themselves. Lots of mods making bosses and NPCs stronger, but almost no one made use of the legendary system already in place, and no holistic approach covering all the NPCs.

This mod seems so overly simple I can hardly believe it's working. Any compatibility issues? I'm using Improved Kellogg Outfit and .44 for Conrad Kellogg (which I'm not sure technically is a boss). How about Legendary Behemoth Spawn Chance - SPID, that only gives a chance of giant creatures like behemoth, mirelurk queen and hermit crab of being legendary (are these even bosses)? Also using the RobCo version of your aforementioned WhiskyTangoFawks' Bosses Get Legendaries that I assume is 100% compatible.

You're making me a happy camper, thanks! :)

EDIT: Since I'm very basic at modding, I'd appreciate further explanation as to how to generate a Complex Sorter patch. If possible anything "plug & play" would be super welcome.

      1. Install FO4Edit
      2. Install CS for FO4Edit, use v. 1-13beta
      3. Start FO4Edit, wait until it will loaded, press 'CTRL' + 'Y'
      4. Press Generate Patch.

But you should really to know more about CS on its page, it is powerfull tool for users and modders.
