Half a gig for a weapon mod, for the 2K version, is a bit nuts. I think I'll stick to my pool cue. I don't need some special area I'm only going to see once. It's not exactly Goma Pero Pero Land.

Where did a simple fisherman get an family sword?
Is he from a privileged family? And he's a fisherman?
    Or, is he a criminal-ninja-family?

    I'm kidding...

You must have robco patcher installed and equip the animations on a weapons workbench. Mind you, Robco Patcher only woks on last gen

I have the last gen but i didn't see the option to equip the animation, i will try again

Edit: Nope, couldn't find it. Maybe RobCo isn't updated yet.

Sorry, I meant to say old gen not last gen, robco doesn't work on last gen, you have to wait for an update, in the meantime, if you want to add the animations via esp, you can do so using fo4edit

What is the hats item ID? I have looked all up in the console, found everything else (i am playing this mod in Fallout London)

Also how do we actually get the armor or the hat without console? interacting with the mannequins in the cave doesnt seem to work for me. Am i missing something? I found all the armor in the console by typing "help nakano 4", but perhaps the hat isnt named "nagano'.

thanks for your help, GREAt mod so far!

It's really strange how interacting with the mannequin in the cave does nothing for you, but since you're using this with fallout london I suggest you install In Game MOD Explorer it's really simple, you can get all the items from my mod with a single button (I personally used it when testing), to add to this, I believe Fallout London and Fallout 4 don't share the same junk items, so you're gonna have difficulties customizing your sword, unless you grab the omods directly from the esp using the aforementioned mod. If you still want the ids of the armor pieces, type "help Samurai_Armor 4"
Let me know if you need any additional help.

I thought this MOD was a wonderful MOD with very sophisticated workmanship!I would also like to see an accessory for the sheathed sword in the sheath on her waist.

I would also like to see an X-shaped sword accessory added on the back.

    Please consider it!

This sentence uses Google Translate, so I apologize if the sentence is strange.

Sorry! but I don't have any 3d modeling experience at the moment, so that's out of my skill range. But I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I have no knowledge of MOD production, so I don't know much about modeling. There is a sheathed sword (supposed to be used for ornamental purposes) as a weapon. Is it not possible to reuse the sword in that state and add it to apparell?
Could you please make it possible to change the apparel saya to one with the sword sheathed? When I wasn't holding KATANA, I felt it was strange that Saya was hanging around her waist. . .

      Please

I'm sorry but, adding the saya as an apparel item is not possible because the sword is highly customizable ( if I were to add it it would always look the same regardless of how you customized it) I hope that made sense. However, you can use Classic Holstered Weapons System, alongside attaching the saya directly to the sword via the weapons workbench, but you have to detach it every time you want to use it.

I might have a solution to that actually. I've spent a decent amount of time with Tooun's nifs and hkx files and the answer just might be in front of us. Tooun's original katana mod has two weapon modifiers that effect how the scabbard appears. There's a 'SCB.ON' option and a 'SCB.OFF' option.

The 'SCB.OFF" option is just the bare-naked blade. If you want to use a scabbard, you're forced to utilize an armor piece that is acquired via the console- much like the swords in order to simulate using the scabbard during gameplay. Tooun's scabbard is hard fixed to the left hand, and only really works for the initial drawing animation, and the nukitsuke draw cut attack that is done for the running attack and back attack animations. The rest of the animations look off, since the long scabbard is being held in the left hand and clips with the sword that is being held in both hands.

The 'SCB.ON" option enables a scabbard which has its own nif file, and has specific 'connect points' set up in the nif file that make it so that when the weapon is being used in conjunction with Tooun's hkx animation file set, the scabbard is worn on the left hip, and while out in the world or when using Classic Holstered Weapons System, the sword is fully sheathed in the scabbard. All of this ties back to the specific connect points utilized in the sword and scabbard nif model files of her original mod. Zero scripting involved, it's all in the nifs and their attachment points that are directly referenced by the hkx animation files.

Getting the sword animations to work for other models like Toon's 'SCB.ON' option would be a simple matter of using Tooun's original sword and scabbard nif files as a basis, copying and pasting blocks from other nif files into Tooun's nif files in order to replace the models, making sure that the texture pathings and shader settings are correct and copied over for the new models, and making sure that the connect points in the original nif are left intact so they can be properly called by the hkx animation file.

The nifs don't need to be the same name as Tooun's original nif files. So long as the connect points are left untouched, they'll be properly referenced by Tooun's animation set.

I would be more than happy to be of assistance in tackling this. I'm currently working on a Creation Club weapon rework at the moment and I'm almost done with the mod, so soon here I'll be able to tackle doing the model swaps for the nif files and playing around with the esp. I'll be sure to keep everybody posted. If there are any questions or concerns, do shoot, and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

Awww, Thank you so much! That's exactly how I intended the mod to be experienced, so I'm glad the pictures didn't load for you lol. Don't forget to upgrade and customize your brand new Katana to your liking, also don't forget to display it on the new sword stands. Finally, make sure to read the description for more info.
    2. costumized already! though i wish there was a way to see what the weapon would look like after the upgrade instead of the green hologramic thing. took some materials and trials and errors xp imma definitely put it on the stand and give it a place in my weapon gallery once im done using it!

also, the armoes? just fantastic! although i wish they could be upgraded into higher stats

what you need is Crafting Highlight Fix to remove the green holographic effect. Also you can add ballistic weave to the armors if you have it unlocked.
