FactionName should be the name of the faction in PascalCase. ("BrotherhoodOfSteel", "AtomCats", "Minutemen", etc) Alignment should be the alignment formatted as it is displayed ingame. ("Wild Child", "Idolized", "Good-Natured Rascal", etc)
the reported errors aren’t really relevant as those records are no longer used. Yes, this is compatible with both versions of the game. I listed the required versions for each framework in the description
no? these mods are completely different systems. reputation and karma are not remotely similar. karma is your overall alignment and morality, and reputation is a faction-by-faction opinion thing. also, i’m the also one that made karma.
you don’t have to use both if you don’t want to, but these mods aren’t similar and you shouldn’t uninstall mods mid-save
Great mod! But for some reason the reputation tab doesn' t show up, I have the YAE installed too, so I think it is Overwriting the reputation Tab with the Skill Tab
How can I "s#*! test" this mod to make sure it's working?
I'm installing a fresh mod list here and I did some testing. I just spawned in a dozen brotherhood scribes and blew them all away, but nothing happened.
My reputation tab in the pip-boy is empty.
I attacked some gunners and nothing happened. (Not sure if they are counted as an influenced faction?)
Is there a sort of threshold you have to achieve for anything to happen? Or perhaps the factions' rep is disabled before you start their first quests?
Ok so I just put it on Godmode and super-easy mod and burned through the Minute Men quest on lvl 1 and they showed up when I found them, so hooray!
My own suggestion would be to remove the requirement for meeting the faction and just add them each to the pip-boy as soon as you encounter NPCs of each one.
I.e., just because I haven't found the Railroad yet doesn't mean they don't know who I am if I am a complete anti-Synth bigot and slaughter a bunch of their members. Even if I never heard of them wouldn't they hate my guts anyways? Just throwing that out there.
You can and do gain/lose some reputation silently before you meet factions. the institute forms an opinion abt you before you ever reach it, and i think the railroad does too for some encounters
Edit: Do you think this mod could be integrated with "America Rising 2" with the Enclave faction? It would be cool to see the enclave squads hunting you down.

Do not copy/paste this directly into your console. You must write it manually due to an issue with quotation mark text encoding within the console.
cgf "repLib.SetAlignmentG" "FactionName" "Alignment"

All of them from FormIDs. No mod conflicts.
EDIT: I have the old version of SPID. I'm on downgraded FO4. :O Does that mean this is only compatible with NG? Or is SPID 3.0 actually ok for OG?
And yes, I see~ I am high. ignore me.

Thanks for the reply, and congrats on releasing a great mod.

I hope Fallout 4 receives even more of these kinds of overhauls in the future (would take off the work from me lmao). Endorsed!
