no, it is only a patch.. ... usually you need just to install it with your Mod Organizer / Vortex.. It is marked ESL so it shouldn't be a problem with the number of .esp..
Actually I'm mistaken.. There wasn't a need to edit half the armors.. and there are also crafting recipes.. Download the last version of FO4Edit before the Experimental and transfer the edits onto the Lazman file.. and do that every time when/if he updates.. That Mod, the Doc it includes works perfectly. Using FO4Edit as the doc describes, I was able to edit the original Lazeman's Mod and make it an ESL. It was quite easy actually.

I wanted to save from using Lazeman's ESP.
I'm right at the ESP limit and need to pick carefully.
I hoped yours would supersede Lazeman's ESP, but I guess it doesn't. Does it? Unless you do a bit more 'editing'?
