Adds a pixelated face censor as an equipable item.
Pixelated face Censor
It projects a pixalated screen over the npc/players face that tracks camera movement and will move to keep the face censored.
The item uses armor slot 58, so it's able to be on the top layer over any outfit you choose.
How to get?
It can be crafted at a chemistry station using 1 circuit. Under the "utility" catagory.
