    Just a suggestion. How about creating a device that allows us to set a bus stop at any location?
    The device could be created in any workshop, including the one inside the bus itself, consuming some resources, of course.
    When used through Pipboy, it sets the current location as a bus stop.

      Technically possible, but there would be no way for you to prevent it from floating above the ground or from clipping into buildings.

      There is not possible to build a platform with the minimal size required? Something like concrete floors that fit the required size?

      I am software developer, but no knowledges about mod development. Can you point some start point or documentation about mod development and/or your mod source code?

    i love it tbh i love this more then the apc home on the move mod but i do wish the nuka world safty display have sound in the bus and outside of it 
    P.S i will update this when i have more to say
    problem: i have the powerarmor storage and workbench on the back of the bus but when i travel with the bus it disapears same with the wheels just look at the pic, found the wheels and powerarmor storage i used the bus to travel back and its there but the bus body is missing. Edit of problem: I refreshed the bus and its back but how many people will know that's there or don't see it lol

    I couldn't get Transfer Settlement Blueprint to save my bus interior in a previous save, so I tried Clipboard Resurrection instead.  It saved successfully...
    BUT
    When importing the plan into a new save, it seems that Clipboard duplicated a number of items that were still in the bus and hadn't been moved or removed, as well as the floor and walls.
    Combined with a minor positioning error of 0.35771 degrees (Z-axis), the z-fighting was kind of cool to watch but also kind of disturbing.

    I'm going to try removing items that I think are from the SurvivalistsBus mod from the Clipboard file and see how that works.

    Edit01: well, using Clipboard to remove everything in a fresh bus before installing my blueprint did NOT work.  "Destroy" removed the workshop area; I could open the workshop inside but then it would close in 5 seconds.  It also removed all the data that the nav/travel system uses, so when trying to go somewhere the terminal printed the variable names instead of the variable values (and didn't work).  AND, it didn't remove everything in the bus either.  0/10, do not recommend.

    Edit02: previously I said:
    "Also, before I did anything with Clipboard, I opened the Bus Workbench and switched the driver... except now I had a Protectron driver overlaid over the empty seat I was aiming for.  I had to console-delete the Protectron (fe 03c 0bf, or FEyyy0BF)."
    I tried it again, from the same save as last time... and changing the driver in the workbench worked like it's supposed to.
    I hate Heisenbug behaviour.
    Also, a Transfer Settlement terminal was built in the (fresh) bus and exported (eleven items) successfully.

    Edit03: *sigh* Apparently I didn't understand Transfer Settlement Blueprints; I may have managed a successful export.  Back to the lab (game), Igor!

    I have a little problem. The bus won't drive/come to a bus stop. I can still refresh the buss, go inside the bus but when i drive to another bus stop and want to leave it still sais the bus stop i was at before and when i actually leave thru the door my game crashes. I can still fast travel out of it but now i can't use it how i like. :(

    This mod has made the game feel new again. Love it. I have a mod tie in suggestion...

    I use Drivable Motorcycle. I use my bus to get close to an area, then ride my motorcycle from there to other areas. It would be extra cool if the bus could read how my bike is equipped in Drivable Motorcycle (color, etc) and then have that correspond with how it looks on the back of the bus. Totally an immersion thing, but I think it would add a lot, and be kind of a fun tie in.

    Either way, I love this mod...and it's brought me back to playing F4 nearly full time again.

    Trying out the latest version and so... the quad copter addon, yeah um why is it always on? I have normal wheels on the bus and I have it sitting on ground but the rotors are always running? I thought about all the tight spots this bus parks at and diamond city came to mind first. How are those rotors gonna spin all the time and not cause trouble over there? I put the two turrets up there instead and matrix movie hover wheels for getting around in a quasi flying way. 

    When you said quad copter update I thought of drone fans or something that fold up from the sides when active and then fold down so they don't bump into things. You could also go with rocket motors instead of rotors for tighter spaces. Oh and instead of the driving sound effect when going to a destination it could be the sound rocket motors working or rotors and so on.

      In theory, you could coc to the bus interior, set travel costs to 0, then coc back to london. Then you should be able to build bus arrival markers at your london settlements, and use the remote to call it to you. For proper support, hm...

      Of course it would somehow, just have to turn into one of those double decker buses but with the windows tinted out and the top floor would have all the resting and crafting things up there... somehow:-)

      Reading this and wondering can I delete the markers in the commonwealth world so the bus won't travel there and where to place the bus for the initial first discovery of it in london. Using survival mode in london with some mods that change survival a bit including game config menu and survival config menu. When first starting out in london, at some point the player has to go through a sort of crossroads of where to go. There is no rest place for a long time after getting through that crossroads. I have mods installed like CWSS redux so I can build a shower or bath and a toilet in the back of that bus... ewww but hey! it does work and that function is hard to find early game because player homes and settlements don't unlock so early. Gonna have to look at london and figure out best place for things to go. There is already an interactive map page https://joric.github.io/maps/fallout-london so check it out.

      I've been reading the article on this page and it seems like some kind of in game marker could be made so the player could drop it wherever they wanted to bus to stop? London is a lot smaller than advertised, I think there are about six places the bus could stop and one of those is where the bus would be found. From scouting around I think the best bus discovery location is near thameshaven entrance but up the street from fesco near there. This is a location near where the player starts out in london after the train crash but not too close. The location is a good spot for all the quest related things that have to be done with thameshaven. Player homes and settlements are not reachable in a short time from the start of the game and the thameshaven player home doesn't unlock for a long time. There is nowhere safe to sleep for survival mode near there and sleeping with the fish people is not advisable so that parking lot near thameshaven is perfect. Not all settlements can support the bus charging station, london bridge is too narrow and lambeth walk buildable area is too small. Lambeth would have to settle for a bus marker in that parking lot just outside the settlement. One settlement has their own interior world and there are attack markers on all sides there is nowhere in that settlement for a stop. 

      Popular places for a bus stop in london are trafalgar square or near there and somewhere near white farm. Swan and mitre has a nice street to stop the bus on too. There could be a stop near the hackney gate where a follower is found but it is really cramped there with enemy spawns nearby. Like I said the london world space is a lot smaller than advertised. I wouldn't recommend placing stops in irradiated glowing sea areas because of the quest related things all over those places and I think the devs have plans for some of those areas. Being able to drive... er uh hover or fly to the crystal palace after finding it would be nice. I'm gonna try dropping the same items from the commonwealth bus origin location in the thameshaven spot I mentioned and see what happens. 

      update...

      Damn this CK! crash all the time and takes forever to load everything. I have the stripped esm file pretending to be fallout4.esm but trying to load an exterior space in london with the CK is a real pain. Takes several minutes to load and then several minutes more to do "something" and then if I try to preview something I run the risk of crashing the CK. I have all the things extracted and what I plan to do is get the coordinates in CK then actually place everything in the correct location with xedit later. No way I trust the CK to actually save something at this point.

      Oh... YEAH! I got the bus, who got the bus? I GOT THE BUS BABY!!! in london yeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhh:-)  

      I just have to go make some markers in the world now and adjust the interior cell music to play dreadful pessimistic londoner tunes and it should be all good now:-)

      I finally got the CK to cooperate just long enough to drop a few things into the location I wanted it at and just copied the coordinates for it all to notepad and then went to xedit and added it all into london. I think I need to delete the commonwealth markers though right? and the commonwealth bus references? They don't link to anything anymore.

      I used CWSS Redux and built a bathroom in the back of my bus. It's freaking awesome!!!!!

      That was based on an older version 130 it can be adapted to latest version by simply using the "compare to" option in xedit while looking at the latest version in xedit. Just drag the entries over to the original mod pane and in they go or make a patch by adding them in as an entry to a new file. I uploaded it to pra some time ago if he doesn't mind me sharing it here I could link it.

      What I can't figure out is how to get that london kid npc follower to wait outside the bus while my character goes inside to make some deposits at the bank of restrooms! he just wanders right in the bus even though I told him to wait outside lol. Guess it is some london bug that might be patched later.
