OVERVIEW
Your character's body now dynamically updates in-game depending on your actions! Exercise, take drugs, and eat (or don't eat) food, and your character's body weight will reflect it.

I could explain it some more, but you can see it for yourself in the images tab. Take a look!
|
Automatically compatible with CBBE,  Fusion Girl, and Enhanced Vanilla Bodies out of the box.
|
ESL-FLAGGED ESP | NO VANILLA EDITS | INSTALL AT ANY TIME

BREAKDOWN
You can configure, customize, and debug DBW in the MCM. Check the images tab for an example of what's possible, and what's tracked.
|
"Can you patch this for xyz obscure LoversLab body mod/bodyslide alternative/whatever the hell?"
No!
You're welcome to patch it, but it should work out of the box with normal bodymods anyways. I'm not going to patch DBW for body mods like "ultra atomic lovers++ supreme redux refrigerator supreme". This isn't a sex mod
.

NOTES
"My character's body weight stopped changing. What happened?"
Your weight can only change a configurable amount every reset cycle. By default, you can only change (both gain or loss) 0.10% of an attribute per reset cycle, which is 24 hours by default, and is also configurable.
You can uncap this limit in the MCM, and adjust it as you see fit. This limit is in place by default to prevent your weight from changing an unrealistic amount within a day.
If you complain about your character's weight suddenly not changing, and you haven't read this, I'm going to make fun of you.
|
IMPORTANT:
If you are using BodySlide, the modpage mentions that you should "Make sure your character has its weight at the very centre of the weight triangle if you want the body to match what you see in the preview window."
This is obviously in direct conflict with the purpose of Dynamic Body Weight, but is not an incompatibility or issue with DBW. Depending on the preset, there might not be an issue to begin with. However, if your character looks weirdly morphed when using BodySlide and DBW, that's an issue with BodySlide, and not something that's fixable on my end.
Use a preset that's more grounded in reality.

The script "dbwLib" is a custom-written script library that allows for safe modification of the player's body attributes. This script is open-source and free to use with credit. See the permissions tab for information regarding the usage of this library. The library will be released as a proper modder's resource shortly after release.
