I did some slider comparisons for Psycho Classic, Psycho Pure, Rocket, & Rocket Lower Contrast. All were taken with Special K HDR with the same save for each screenshot location. I also have a screenshot in each set that is just the HDR without LUTs. The Landscape slider also includes an SDR No LUT image as well. No Reshade or ENB are present in any of the images. Modded textures are ones I curated myself and are not from a single pack. PureDark's Upscaler was used with DLSS 3.7 preset E and sharpening turned on. Special K HDR was calibrated for an LG C2 TV.
I did these to try and figure out the best LUT for my mod list. Hopefully these are of some use to anyone trying to figure out which LUT is for them.
Really good simple mod, is it possible to port this to 76? I tried looking through the BSA's but I couldn't find any lut files. That game would benefit a lot from natural colors.
Can i use this mod with Vivid Weather. Vivid Weather has it own LUT, but the matter is which mod takes higher priority. But there is no conflict in Mod Organizer 2, and Psyco LUT dont have any esp file to manage priority. How did i know they are in a right load order ? Or these mods can't use together. Thank you.
Anyone know how to manually install this on a Steam Deck? Just dragging and dropping the contents of the zip to the game's Data folder doesn't do anything.
...to my nonexistent Fallout4Custom.ini in the annoyingly difficult to find Documents > My Games > Fallout4 folder in SteamOS. I'm a WinBro completely befuddled with Linux's file structure.
I just have it set up with mod rules to load after by dragging it below in my LO. Depending on your mod manager, there's various ways to make something load after even with no esp!
I think you're BSing. It does not work with NAC X. This is what author said: "Unfortunately, I tried to get it working with NAC X but had to luck. That said, NAC X is gorgeous. I think it's fine as is (although I'd still like to see our with AgX haha)."
I've tried also to make these work together but no luck. Psycho LUT is a loose files without plugin. NAC X mod is a BA2 archive and comes with plugin. With these you can't load Psycho LUT after NAC X to get NAC X's weather and Psycho LUT's LUTs. I also got some help about this on Vortex support forum. I think I have an idea and will try it. I'll post update here. BTW man your CP2077 LUTs OMG 😀🤯😈👌👏
There is probably a better way to do this, but here is how I was able to use Psycho with NAC X: I unpacked NAC - Main.ba2 and found one LUT: Textures/NAC/NAC_CCDay.dds. In the Psycho LUT folder Textures/Effects/LUTs I copied LUT_CW_ClearDay.dds (could prob use any of the other LUTs there?), renamed it NAC_CCDay.dds, and pasted it into the unpacked Textures/NAC folder overwriting the original. I Repacked NAC - Main.ba2 and it seemed to work. In some weather conditions, it looked really good, in others not so much. Probably could have been better with a little tweaking. Thanks for making these LUTs, CyanideX.
So I absolutely love this honestly amazing how good the game looks with this and not an ENB with no performance hit, but I wanted to ask, is there anyway to get a combination of Psycho LUT Classic and Pure? I love the colors of Pure for my set up (using Lightweight lighting, True Storms, Ultra Interior, Ultra Exterior and ELFX with shockingly smooth rock solid 60+ frames even in downtown boston only dipping in the harshest situations) but I love the darkness Classic provides especially at interiors, sure it could be bumped up slightly lighting wise, but overall if I could get the darkness of Classic and the colors of Pure it would be pretty much perfect Edit: disregard this, I figured it out how to get the effect I wanted using psycho pure, lightweight lighting, and true storms. I did have to learn to mess with my monitor settings for the first time ever lol didn't ever think to do color calibration or adjust the black level on it.

Thanks for making these LUTs, CyanideX.
Is it COMPATIBLE with ( FlaconOil's Complete Retexture Project ) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3747

Thanks @theCyanideX
Did anyone manage to get psycho lut working in Fallout London (folon)?
