I've been looking at doing some actual mod making but I have to start somewhere and honestly these are perfect as gunner faction armors, all your remeshes. So I might try my hand a simple outfit overhaul for the gunners, it might actually be something nice to learn on. If I get the perms for it I might even post it.
If you don't mind, allow me to give you an advice on your presentation. Your character models looks very blocky/ultra-wide. Having less chonky models would make it easier to see how aesthetically pleasing the armour really is. All your armour mods share this issue.
The light and the medium ones are convincing designs, but the heavy one is kinda "too much" with a combat chest piece attached, it makes the light combat armour look less protective, as well as breaking the uniqueness of both sets. The medium armour design of yours is a good example itself, adding only small piece(s) of other material, keeping most of the armour "leather", so it doesn't look like a mashup.
Leather Armor remesh was initially designed to be a mashup of other armours, heavy armor especially, it was by popular demand that I then remade this version to make it more vanilla friendly (Arms and Legs mostly).
The vanilla Light Combat Armor is definitely different visually from the heavy version of this leather armor mashup, it only keeps the chest piece, a cut down arm armour (visually different from light combat armour arm meshes) and the thigh combat piece being literally attached to the leather armour piece as further protection. I tried integrating the heavy leather pieces but it just didn't work visually nor practically. Leather armor is practically our world's brigandine, which is metal internally. The heavy leg pieces were literally just padded armour, a direct downgrade.
The original Leather Armor remesh was even more of a mashup than this one.
