Sorry Late reply, but what I did myself was ,because i had so many mods and makeups etc, i keep a clean backup of Fallout 4 old version not Legendary at all. So i made a fresh install of Fallout 4, with only the required files for the preset and turned out better than the image shown as there was no under eye damage also.
In my case I can't add the hair from the mod because the game doesn't detect it in the first character customization at the beginning of the game, nor do they add the eyes... the eye line... the lips... just a little the structure of the face and skin color
Have you got all standard files installed , all DLC also BodyslideOutfitStudio, CBBE, LooksMenu, LMMC, MCM, UFO4P, etc if you have , you can install the files manually, otherwise I suggest a thorough New Game Install with all DLC not the Legend. The Original. hope you have a backup if not , I have it can upload through Google Share about 25GB. You dont even have to got to steam to validate it , as it come with all the necessary files including F4SE to start the game, also you have to go to steam and set it to only update if you play through steam which you wont be doing. I play offline with no internet, as i download mods with all the descriptions and install what i need.. if you need to go online you close your steam offline before doing so. even if its only on Nexus.
Friend I have new news, I have done the same as you mencioned frist, I have created a new profile in NMM which only had the mods required by the preset and the mods that those others mentioned neededbut everything manually with the NMM "install a file" is a bit late but if you want the preset it is worth it, then they will download the mods they wanted Thanks friend, you are a boss, do you have a YouTube channel with guides or something?

While I do admit that she looks good, I will not be downloading her, since some of the required mods are broken, and seriously fubar my game. And with almost 300 mods running, not worth the headache just to see if there is a slight chance her preset might actually pop up, and then even more of a chance that she actually looks close-ish to this. If I have to do a fresh install, I will give this mod a try first thing, as again, you did an excellent job with her looks.
Thanks 4 reply, I just dont want to rant but i see that you didnt accept my images, this is the closest i could get to it. Even thought I followed the video instructions. and uninstalled and re-installed to the Letter. also i don't use ENB . There`s a lot of factors to consider with the PC setup, etc. I will re-installed Fallout 4 Fresh from my backup I keep as i dont have to download from Steam that takes forever. and only install you required Mods for the preset as I am curious to see how that will turn out and add images of the result.
