When the Sino-American War expanded to the Western Pacific, the LVTP-8A became the reliable workhorse of amphibious operations. The amphibious armored personnel carrier was developed for the United States Marine Corps just before the outbreak of the Sino-American War. The vehicle was used by the Army and Marine Corps in operations ranging from the Philippine Islands in the Bohol Sea, to mainland China in the Siege of Shanghai. The APC was capable of carrying a squad of marines or a small number of power armor units. The vehicle was used to great effect by the soldiers of the 5th Infantry at Mambajao. The 8A variant of the LVTP was fission powered to avoid the supply issues of conventional engines. The main drawbacks of the LVTP-8A was the lack of significant offensive weapons and its slower ocean speed compared to earlier models. Despite these limitations, the vehicle's ruggedness and reliability made it a favorite of the marines and amphibious power armor units. Some units could be found the Commonwealth, and possibly restored to working order by the right mechanic.

Also a huge thank you to Schuckster who converted the model to be usable in Fallout 4, made the doors openable, and made it a buildable settlement object
Notes:
The objects can be found in Decorations > Miscellaneous. I hope to eventually release texture variants to the model at some point in the future
