NOT ACTUALLY A REQUIREMENT. Just might not be as useful without.

Bethesda added a perk for Mirelurk Spawns (00176DCA) and Mirelurk Hatchlings (0016962D) that made them always do 5 times more damage than normal Radroaches. The perk being called crMirelurkSpawnDamage50 (0016962E). All this ESL does is make it so that the damage multiplied is 1.0 instead of 5.0. This mod will be useful if you use any mod that adjusts the unarmed damage of the Radroach race (0004716c), an example being SCOURGE. Since it is just a simple FO4Edit, as long as you don't have any other mod that adjusts the perk, this will be compatible. Any DLC or mod that adds custom Mirelurk Spawns and Hatchlings, as long as they have that perk, will be affected by this mod.
Credit to GELUXRUM for making SCOURGE and finding out about the perk
