I always thought the fact that Plasma weapons don't glow was a little awkward. I wonder whether Bethesda was too lazy to make some glow effects for the plasma weapons or just didn't care about it. Anyways, I have an important question: Can I include it in my future mod? Screenshots are here Otherwise I must do my own reverse engineering.
