This environment effects will mimic the feel of Far Harbor or Silent Hill, assume that you have weather mod with heavy fogs that covers ugly LOD and terrain pop-in.
The Fog AIO is just a giant cloud effects that covers ugly LOD and terrain pop-in. The Mist AIO is a mist on the ground. You can mix 'n match those separated file without conflict despite uses the same framework but much better if you use both of them completely for consistency of appearing and disappearing effects whenever you go near or farther from the effects.
Any weather mod or even vanilla weather will work on this mod. Not suited for clear/sunny weather or any lighting weather that has strong sunlight effects because otherwise will experience extreme white glow on the mist due to default bloom parameters (base game).
Uses all existing framework for consistency including Far Harbor and Nuka World. No broken previs and precombines. Totally safe to use PRP and/or Boston FPS Fix.
Expect performance loss on weak hardware.
