    know how to remove tactical reload?

      Download and install TR. Install this, open FOEdit. Open this plugin, delete every "preserveammo" something something keyword from every weapon. Clean up unused masters for the plugin and done.

    Very cool, I have no idea where to find these blueprints. I don't use TR but it was an easy edit to remove it.
