To be fair, I don't think most people will have the meshes/interface/objects folder as it's a rather weird thing to touch as I think it only contains very generic UI elements that even UI mods don't tend to touch.
Also, I'm going to sticky your comment because loading loose files is a pain and causes more installation issues than it should (it's one of those things that you've either done ages ago and forgot it was even a thing, or you've never done it because you've never used loose files as replacers).
Glad to be of assistance and provide a useful mod.
Once again, a saint from the community, fixing another one of Bethesda's silly mistakes. Thank you for enabling me to play on my shitty monitor's native resolution, without those stupid green shadows being offset. "Next Gen" all right lol Bless you, bud.
I don't even understand why it happens, as it's JUST that one bit of the UI that is scaling wrong (it seems to be treating 1366x768 as 4:3 for some reason). If it was the whole UI it would've made sense, but one very specific element (that also thankfully happened to be a nif file which meant I could fix it).
I did everything right using the manual one and I can't get it to work, I'm use f4se tho, and I've edited the settings file to be Fullscreen exclusive and correct res, don't know how to make it run ignored files when I'm doing it manually, haven't used mo2 for a long time so I don't have it downloaded currently, do I need it?
You don't need MO2, I don't use it. But it sounds like it's not loading loose files.
What you do need is a file called Fallout4Custom.ini in your Documents\My Games\Fallout4\ folder.
This guide https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/articles/3831 explains it better than I can (been a long time since I've done it).
P.S. To create the ini file if you don't have it, just open up Notepad and save it as Fallout4Custom.ini (in the correct file directory of course). For some reason the guide doesn't suggest Notepad, it just says "Create It" which is weirdly vague.
For some reason it doesn't work for me. My steps are: -"Without MO2": I copy the "data" folder to the original directory. I open the fallout 4 launcher or the Fallout 4 script extender. Once inside everything is the same as before (misplaced) -"With MO2": I simply install the component as usual and then through MO2 I open the above.
Sounds like it's not finding the file, not sure why that's the case. Only things I can think of are...
Is the file directory exactly [Where You Have FO4 Installed]\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\Interface\Objects ?
Do you have FO4 set up to load loose files? (I assume you probably do, but it's worth checking, especially as a cursory search suggests MO2 does it differently than Vanilla. Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/comments/i549ar/fo4_enabling_loose_files_help/ ).
I manually install mods for Skyrim and FO4 so I'm not well versed in the quirks of their mod managers.
In the end my problem was...in fact, that I did not have "load loose files" activated. Now it works. Thank you for your time, I really find your file useful.
My original plan for the "Next Gen" update was "Wait for all my F4SE mods to update", so it took me a long time to actually boot "Next Gen" FO4 up and see this issue, see there was no fix (only thing I found was changing game resolution, which is not a fix and doesn't work at all with fullscreen either), and then find which file I had to edit.
Took a couple of back and forths to get it aligned right but that was a much quicker process than finding the correct file.

UPDATE
Its realy worked when i activated load loose files, and put on Data folder, just the "Meshes" folder from the mod.
To enable Fallout 4 to load all loose file folders in Fallout 4/ Data, make the following edits to your Fallout4.ini:
Got this tuto in https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4020
And did this too >> https://imgur.com/a/UIRwOXo in MO2

Anyway, I'm glad to have helped.

Glad I could help, both with the mod and with the issue.
