Basically makes all of the Thameshaven Armory doors unlocked. Added block activate, and disable havok scripts to the weapons used as decorations to keep the vibe of set dressing. I did touch the nav meshes a little bit, but I don't know what fuckery team folon was pulling there so I didn't want to disturb too much.
