All the outfits share the same mesh and material, so it applies to all of them. Haven’t figured out how to make a texture work for an esp type mod as only materials can really be set to render for this purpose and a flattened texture.
when i was fiddling with the idea, i'd done the same as you making them all visible, but i was also dabbling in using their native .bgsm to help differentiate.
BAE and nifscope were easy... getting the other tools or FO76edit to work with my steam install have been a challenge. Originally started playing with the esp's to eventually work out a way to make esp for the rare traveling vendors. Havent worked that one out yet, but simple esp's like this at least dont need a software suite to pull off.
Was thinking more about the rare apparel merchant. Only noticed recently that they don’t always wear the same outfit though, so using that to determine which vendor it is wouldn’t work.
