Typically, backface culling is meant to save on resources by not having the engine draw the backside of a texture or model that you don't normally see. For whatever reason, this is the case for several power armor skins, all of which you absolutely do see the backside of, and you're able to see right through them.
This mod fixes all of these instances (as of the Atlantic City update), properly disabling backface culling on applicable power armor pieces and skins. This probably bothers me specifically more than anyone else, but I digress.
In the event I somehow missed any, or they add new power armor skins with the same problem, I'll try to keep this mod as up-to-date as possible.
To install, first create a "Fallout76Custom.ini" in the following directory (if you don't already have one): C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\
Then, put the following lines in the Fallout76Custom.ini: [Archive] sResourceArchive2List = PACullingFixes.ba2,
or, if you have multiple mods: [Archive] sResourceArchive2List = ExampleMod1.ba2, ExampleMod2.ba2, PACullingFixes.ba2,
then, simply place "PACullingFixes.ba2" in your Fallout 76 data directory, which by default is: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout76\Data\
