Instillation instructions say: 3. Add the following line to the top of the [Archive] section in your Fallout76Custom.ini file: sResourceIndexFileList = GarbOfM.ba2
There is no "sResourceIndexFileList" in the file Fallout76Custom.ini. There is sResourceArchive2List - Is this the correct one, its where my other mods are listed, or do I need to make a new heading?
Have you tried it to see if it does lag severly? It's just one outfit, I don't think it will strain your system too much with just 1-2 sets of 4k textures.
Thank you so much for this mod it's amazing. I wonder if you would be able to swap the two dresses maybe? the tattered dress is so much better without the neck frill it looks more sleek and stylish. would you be able to do a version replacing the garb of mysteries with your tattered dress mod?
Personally, I don't see the reason to replace the Garb of Mysteries with tattered dress since it's not an outfit but the full body armor, which leads to inability to use any other armor with it. The tattered dress on the other hand is an outfit that you can wear with any armor you want. So let me ask you this: why not just use thу dress itself (with my tattered dress mod ofc) and gain maximum advantage without the need of extra mods?
What exactly do you want to apply to the tattered dress? If you mean model swapping to see Garb of mysteries instead of tattered dress then I guess it's easily doable. Have you already seen my retexturing mod for tattered dress?
How the heck did I miss that! I'm good, I can just rename the MoM Purple version to the Tattered Dress and get the option I want lol
Update: that didn't work very well, What I would really like is a Clean Purple Tattered Dress that isn't Tattered lol Mainly to get the +1 Perception, it is the only clothing item I know of that actually has a status boost
Damn, turns out I never made matching color schemes for the tattered dress... Gotta find photoshop sources of my previous works. Right now I'm working on remaking several mods I made in the past. Maybe it's time to revamp that dress already -)) I'll see what can be done here, stay tuned!
This is great, but I don't see the vanilla color scheme? A shame, because you could wear the 'clean' version, and then change over to the vanilla 'worn' look after enough adventuring and screenshots of our journies would feel particularly authentic.
Edit: Did a quick and dirty personal edit and uploaded a screenshot to show what I mean.
Well, the main idea of this mod was to have a cleaner and more color-consistent version of the dress. I thought vanilla version was too far from subtle in its color options so I decided to reduce the number of colors used. There were no plans for making an upscale of standard dirty version of that dress (and I wrote about it in the description :)
For sure, thank you for the hard work, as I couldn't have mix'n'matched nothing. :D Plus, it pushed me to learn how to pack and upack FO4/76 files, which I've never had reason to do before.
Thank you -)) Yeah, they tend to add new master files to the game with the major patches, so it breaks older load orders. I try my best to add the info about how to fix it to my mods ASAP.
An option for not colouring the mask would be cool IMO. Or at least colour the mask evenly. The fact that there's a gold stripe makes it kinda look like a clown mask tbh. Also to parrot what other people said, bare/cream legs would be cool and so would more colours (I really like pink). Really good mod though. Makes the ruffles not ridiculous.
Thanks for your suggestions! I will implement more colors in the nearest future and I'll take in consideration what you said about masks. As for bare legs version - I tried to play with alpha channel (as I did successfully with the tattered dress) but to no avail. Need to research this topic a little bit more.
UPD: Uploaded a separate archive to remove golden shimmer from the mask. It works with any color scheme. UPD 2: Added more color schemes (Pink, Blue, Orange, Violet)! -))

But sure, you can put it under sResoursearchive2list and it's gonna work too.
