Hi! This mod reduces the sfx volume of the Cremator when used by others.
Disclaimer: The Cremator uses the sfx from the missile launcher firing/projectile, and the explosion of the plasma grenade. As such, this will reduce the volume of those too (and anything that uses those sound effects)
Some notes: This only alters the sound files for the weapon when fired by other characters (players or npcs) so you will still hear the regular firing sound when using the cremator yourself. The explosion volume will still be lowered however. I would personally recommend using either the 75% or 90% version of the mod. If you don't mind the sound too much but just want the volume a little lower, 50% is probably fine for you. The Mute version is impractical, but I made it anyway so you have the choice.
Installation:
As this mod is a .ba2 archive mod, all you have to do is add it to your archive list in your Fallout76Custom.ini file and to copy the .ba2 file itself to your data folder. For Microsoft Store/Gamepass users, you need to edit/create Project76Custom.ini instead
Obviously you can also use your flavour mod manager to install this like any other .ba2 mod.
Pick your version.
Extract <filename.ba2> to
\Fallout76\Data\
Add <filename.ba2> to sResourceArchive2List in
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\Fallout76Custom.ini(yes you can just copy that address to your explorer window or windows search and voila! the file opens)
