Not certain if i needed to remove everything I did, but I have full blur effects inside Photomode and none of the motion-blur BS that I detest while playing and shooting at things. Hope this helps any whom desire the same effect.
Just use the in game FOV slider if you want. Every time I mess with .INI for FOV I get the same issue as you pipboy is to damn tiny.. So I just used this part
Tbh i usually read the pip boy in the alternate view, much more quicker to navigate without having to take the pipboy up, plus the fov there dont change at all lol, same as the PA pipboy UI
Do those lines actually remove the gaussian anamflare effect(horizontal light flare)? It doesn't seem to effect my game. I find those effects to be overdone and distracting. I want to keep the DOF, but lose the anamflare.
I fixed my game in the first days. Still no issues. I think a lot of the "modders" dont know how to edit those files. And where the issues comes from. U can set 3th person to 120 Fov with no issues. The 110 fov "first person is to much in the scale of the fade texture of grass. shadow in the game dosent match, why u have the flickering. U need to edit 7 files to have the game work with Vats, workbenches and all. but u need to stay out of the graphic settings tab in game. Thats all. So if u need help with the flickering. i can find the sweet spot for what u need. So the flickering is gone.
Not realy, they say so, but i know how to fix it. Uber small thing to do, to fix it. I start to wonder how much the guys at Bethesda know about there own setting. Its stupid, and they should be ashamed

i like DOF in general i just don't like its settings in F76. I'd prefer to tweak default settings than deisable it completely.
