Sorry for 2 GB file size, I'm trying to figure out how to reduce the size without damaging important game files.

New features:
- Balanced out sprint speed to +25%
- Sped up grapple speed
- Fixed climb glitch that made you go supersonic
- Reloading the Autocross is faster
- Tagging enemies is now instant with bows and crossbows
- Some other weapons reload faster
