Is it possible to add the dungeon layout (templates) settings and the monster ratio setting?? On Fate (cursed King) I increased the monster ratio to 2500 LOL
I figured I'd make post here a well. I've started using the mod a day before the recent patch on the 28th. Had no issue that day. I now run into the problem where my game end up freezing, and after the first freeze and it finally loads again, I'm unable to use portals and stairs half the time. Upon refreshing the game, my character movement sspeed is reduced to extremely slow. Nothing I have done has been able to fix this. Its happened on my new charcter in the first game post patch and happened to my charcter on the cured king pre patch, but happened after the patch. I put hours into the characters for them to suddenly be reduced to slugs. Ive reported the issue in the discord thinking it might be a bug. I dont know if it just me becuase no one has responded to my report from yesterday, and have no idea if it might jut be due to use of the mod.
Thanks. Seem to be the only one experiencing this issue. In the discord group, no one else has made mention of it. I don't know if you're in it, but if you are, I have videos and a full description of the issues in the bug channel
how do I edit the .cs files? I see the source code but I'm a total novice at this stuff and I just want to make the fishing timer shorter instead of waiting between 1-60 seconds
Can you add a fix for the quivers that add + to bow skills, they are broken and only apply the bonus for one shot then have to be re equipped to get the buff back
For future versions I would recommend looking into modification of the roll tables for Magic Anvil, Enchanting, Statue of Fate, and Shrine of Learning. I have no coding skill so the best i can do is offer the idea to those who could potentially get it done.
once the bepin plugin 'Fate Tweaks' has been added, open the game to create the config files, close the game and open "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FATE Reawakened\BepInEx\config\FateTweaks.cfg" (SteamLibrary location may vary). in the item size section change the 'Enabled = false' to 'Enabled = true'. you may also change size values, exp multipliers, and fishing stats to fit your liking in this config.
What am I doing wrong that no .cfg file is being created? I ran the game with "BepInEx-Unity.Mono-win-x64-6.0.0-pre.2" in common/FATE Reawakened, then added to plugin to BepInEx/plugins, ran the game again and no config file. Am I misunderstanding something?
I ran the game thru Steam and fully loaded in, then saved and backed out to desktop. Afterwards, I looked in the config part of the BepInEx folder and the .cfg was there.
Can you add a setting for NPCs to give quests only to one dungeon area like Cavern of living fire/Crypt of T`Kala/The Haunted Palace/Ekbatan (The Cursed King,) ?
im lost in what i need to do am i only using the unity mono or the other one and where do i put the files in the fate folder idk what the root folder is i just need more info
Extract the contents of the archive into the game's root folder (steamapps/common/FATE Reawakened)
Run the game once to let BepInEx create configuration files and folders
Extract the contents of this plugin's archive to the "steamapps/common/FATE Reawakened/BepInEx/plugins" folder
Run the game once to let create the plugin's configuration file, then navigate to "steamapps/common/FATE Reawakened/BepInEx/config" and modify the settings within "FateTweaks.cfg" to your liking
Take the contents of the Unzipped folder and place them DIRECTLY into the game Folder. Don't leave them in the folder or else it won't work. I made this mistake myself
Any plans for linux or steam deck support? I tried using the linux and windows versions of bepin but sadly doesn't seem to be working on my deck. Works perfectly on my windows machine thankfully.

Did you extract the plugin in the unzip folder, or take the contents out and drop them in "plugins" directly?Got it to work.
