Also having the same issue. Downloaded it, followed the steps on the front page, installed, nothing. Even did it again and replaced the files when pasting them again. Still no dice, sadly. :/
This is so cute, thanks for the mod, is there any chance you woul make a glow-up version of other characters?... At least the girl, who i think is now the uglyest XD
