I can’t tell if it’s just exclusive for August or if it’s a bug with the mod but playing as august when rescuing either Henryk or Abella the still ultimatum occurs where one will moonscorch.
i’m bummed out if that was planned for playing only as August because I wanted to try to get Pav but still rescue everyone.
The way it's designed I think is that there is a *chance* that you can save both in this mod but it's not guaranteed. Like 50% or something? I don't know if there's any conditions to this, it seems to be just random. Keep in mind also, I played as Henryk, and Abella moonscorched on me even then!
It's a really stupid and nonsensical design choice. Keep it an ultimatum or get rid of it. Why make it an arbitrary thing? That on top of all the other bugs, glitches and questionable design the mod adds that corrupts the game code even more than it already was!
It says that killing Henryk will yield his recipes book. I did that in a run as Samarie and one as August. He doesn't drop any recipe book, just his usual regular game loot. Didn't try doing it while he was the Gentleman but the PDF doesn't indicate that I need to.
There also does not seem to be any way to recruit Tanaka at all. It says once he's on the train you can get him, but three different characters and no options at all to make him join.
Henryk starting with Toxicology is USELESS since you cannot make condensed nettle or hemlock withouy undergrowth awareness, which allows you to collect those in the first place. Basically you have to kill Olivia to use it, so having it as a Henryk ability serves no purpose whatsoever
Why is it that there is a "chance" to recruit/rescue Abella and Henryk and not a guarantee? Why is it random? Why not just get rid of the ultimatum outright? This change makes less sense than the one already in the game, you may as well have kept it as is.
Henryk is the one whose hunger meter is supposed to deplete faster than others but in fact this is inconsistent across the board. Some party members have normal hunger meter build up while others go up like they're in Maso mode or worse. Playing as August, Pav went starving every few screens, with Kalev and O'saa being about normal. There were a bunch with the Samarie playthrough I can't even remember. I think some wires got crossed here.
Getting doubles of every new character is a recurring issue as party members. Integrating their events from the regular game to fit with them as party members is messed up for quite a few instances. Henryk's questline going from the mansion to the train, cafe and Bop happens independently of him joining as a party member and taking to the Bop the moment you bring him there. If both versions are given interaction to further their quests then Henryk ends up disabled as a character completely outside of being a sprite in the BOP you cannot interact with.
I still see myself picking up "duck tape" in many places alongside the "corrected" duct tape that sometimes does show up.
There is some fun stuff in the mod but it has so many glaring issues that need addressing but I think this whole thing has been abandoned, so it'll remain the buggy mess it currently is.
Boa tarde, verifiquei que a versão traduzida pra português está carretando em um bug que simplesmente trava a tela e fica no Loading eternamente, e analisei os arquivos da versão inglês e português e fiz uns testes, e localizei o erro, o arquivo common events localizado na pasta data do www, ocorre esse erro, eu não manjo de programação, mas pra fazer uma gambiarra eu substitui o arquivo pela versão de inglês pra não tirar a tradução por completo e foi corrigido, só estou deixando claro o ponto chave que encontrei, espero ter ajudado.

Awesome mod but only one question, how do i recruit Samarie? I know its supposed to talk to her in the church and save her from Marina's father but the cutscene just plays normaly as Samarie kills the priest. Is this some kind of bug or do i need to do something else before/after the cutscene.
So, You have to be seriously quick at reaching her, I don't know if there is a timer but when I take my time samarie is doomed to moonscorch, Pav and Marina can insta recruit her from the alternate church while the others must convince her to return the train, If you see samarie stabbing father domek it is a good sign, drop down the chandlier and jump down (This is your decision if you want to lock yourself out from getting the red virtue blade) Then find the realm samarie hides, she will be at the left of the last room, talk to her and comfort her, Like I said if you're marina or pav you can get her on your team instantly, The others must persuade her to go to the train and in the train you can speak with her and recruit her.
If you are playing as August, jump into prehevil then kill needles on morning of day 1, come back and check the tunnel 7, tanakas hat will appear on the floor, but instead of tanakas body there will be needles body, so i got like 2 needles heads lmao
