   I extracted the FBX's but I see no animation data.
   
   It's a rigged model in the T-pose....
   does anybody know where I can find or edit the animation data alongside the model?

   I can confirm this works for Final Fantasy X and X-2, which also use the phyre engine and big VBF files (using it myself)
   For whatever reason I can't put this as a mod requirement, maybe it's because it's listed as a FFXII mod?

      Unfortunately many mod authors have abandoned FF12 after their initial work was completed and moved on to other endeavors over the past 2+ years.
      There's a way to do modding using the DrakLab Mod Loader or other methods, but it is best to join up on the FF12 Modding Discord Server for assistance.

       This tool is deprecated and only really useful if you are a modder or a user who is interested in the file structure of how the game works and organizes things. Vortex and/or Draklab Mod Loader are better alternatives.
