I'm having trouble with this since the Dawntrail update. XIV Mod Archive mentioned it was still compatible though, so I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. Character just stands still while the attacks go off. Any suggestions?
Dang I guess its just broken for Hrothgars now? Weird how I remember using it in Shadowbringers just fine but now none of the animations work anymore. Would trying to older file maybe fix it? Power Slash is just such a cooler ability than SoulEater and there are alot of other gems in here. It is a cursed day for Hrothgar :( Tried it on my non-Hroth alt and it worked just fine.
I used your preset but wanted to change flood and edge of darkness to the vanilla animations. I realizes that by installing the separate files into TexTools, the original modification from your preset got overwriten. So I just had to uninstall then the individual ones and I left your preset exactly as I wanted. Also scourge in souleater is amazing. Endorsed and loving it man.
I used to be able to use Scourge and Power Slash on M Roegadyn before but for some reason they havent been working right recently. the VFX and SFX play but the animation never does. Is there any idea on what i could do to fix that?
Hmm, depending on what is being replace... some skills were never supposed to work because Roegadyn/Hrothgar and Lalafells use a different skeleton for certain animations. I would need to adjust each skill individually for them.
I gave them another try (after a complete re-install; this is the only mod I use but my game became unstable) and now they work. Weird. Gremlins I guess. Thanks for these by the way--replacing HELLSPARKLES with Scourge makes it much easier on my eyes.

After some hours of play, I think these change can be added, if it's thechnically possible: 1.Delirum > unleash & Spinning Slash > Stalwart Soul It seems like Spinning Slash looks more "basic", and Delirum looks more "powerful" so should be the second aoe attack. However both attack start from left side to right, so the curent S.Slash>Deliurm combo have a weird animation which player did two attack at the same direction. If we swap two skill, attack direction would be left>right>left, which makes more sense on the aspect of animation. Also, I guess Spinning Slash looks "basic" because it's effect is not "red" enough, if we put Delirum and Spinning Slash together, their effect looks much more similar than look them seprately. 2. Dark Dance > The Blackest night I think the effect of TBN is similar to the concept of parry or deflect in action games, which gives you very strong protection but last for very short time (but ffxiv can't do this way so TBN achieve it in a way of buff). The current TBN animation ts too long for a parry, while the length of Dark Dance animation is perfect.(Shadowskin is good, but it looks more like block instead of parry) 3.?Blood Price > Blood Weapon? No specific reason, I think it gonna be cool.
Or if you don't have time to add these fix, could you please tell me how I can do this on my own? Thank you!

Thank you very much for these, they are excellent. I replaced some of my animations and these are much better. I love it! Especially hard slash and syphon strike have this issue where my character just slides around as if skating on ice. The replacers here fix it!

After some hours of play, I think these change can be added, if it's thechnically possible:
