Which skin am i supposed to use to see this? It doesnt seem to be working on my steam version

This is a replacement for his default skin texture, it's visible with the rugged attire and his default outfit. If you have applied other skin or face texture modifications after they might override this one.
And just to be sure, have you replaced the four folders listed in the description with the modded files? There should have been a message asking you to confirm if you wish the replace the files with the new ones

Does it support older Gladio and DLC? Also can you please add optional version with hairy chest/belly? Would be perfect match for his face/happy trail ;)

Yes, it should work on every version and was tested with the DLC and older Gladio :) The first shot is his older model, it's just hard to tell because his head got cut off in the close-up shot haha
I'll have to see about a hairier version (I'm not a big fan myself)
I felt like I could get away with adding few little details and subtle trail, but I'm afraid adding more might look weird since everything is flat considering there's no 3D involved? I'd have to test and see how it turns out! -
I understand, somebody did hairy Gladio and it looks not that bad honestly but without nipple piercings and happy trail, combine all those 3 would be amazing ;)
