Unfortunately, I was unable to properly fix the cheat table after the 1.03 patch. As of right now, I cannot figure out how to find the pointers for equipment. I have asked multiple people for help, but it doesn't seem like any progress will be made soon. I am deeply sorry for this, and understand if you may be frustrated over this. I am releasing the cheat table now as is, but if I am ever able to add the equipment modifiers like before, I will update it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry for disappointing people.
The new table is up, if you have any issues with the modifiers outside of equipment, please let me know.
I'm working on the 1.03 update. There is an issue with adding equipment that I'm struggling to resolve. Difficulty changes, EXP, AP, etc. are all functional, and I've added a Gil modifier as well. I'm hesitant to release the table without the equipment modifiers, as I know that's an important part of the cheat table for everyone. If I'm unable to figure something out by Friday, I'll release the table as is. Apologies for the delay, please be a little more patient if possible.
Thanks a lot for the table but it doesnt seems to work anymore, I followed your Readme to the letter and the difficulty is still in action focused sadly (other options dont seems to work, like AP, weaponID etc..)
Does anyone has issues like mine or am I just dumb ? q_q
As seen below doesn't work with 1.03 complete edition.
If you seek to start the game straight in FF mode without another clear savegame like me, you can use cheat engine to manually search for the difficulty value and change it to e.g. 2 (FF mode).
For those not familiar with cheat engine beside clicking checkboxes: - start FF 16 load your save game you whish to adjust the difficulty - start cheat engine, attach it to the process of FF 16 - in FF16, go into the system menu und change the difficulty to Action Mode (this means difficulty value is now 1) - in cheat engine, enter 1 into the value field, click first scan button - depending on your pc power it could take a short while until the scan is finished - when the scan is finished, switch over to FF16, and change the difficulty to Story Mode (which now makes the difficulty value 0) - back to cheat engine, change the 1 we entered previously to 0 and click on next scan button - this will be repeated for as long as only one result is found - change diffulty in game, search in cheat engine for value 0 or 1. - double click the result to add it to your list or right click the result line and choose "change value of selected address", enter the difficulty level that you want (2 FF Mode, 3 Ultimaniac). - when done, save the game in a new save slot, return to main menu and load your save game. - Now you have a fresh game in higher difficulty. - Ofc, this only works for the save game you just created. This will not unlock the NG+ option in the main menu.
Note: starting the game fresh like that comes with certain consequences. For exampel that you don't have any items taken over and hence have a harder time upgrading certain weapons. But for me this is ok because i can always cheat that items into if i want it. Another thing to note is the difficulty of certain fights. While fighting the mobs and first bosses is possible if you just have enough time, i found out that the big fight between phoenix and Ifrit was not doable for me. The moment he starts his domination 1 hit kill ultimate at the end of the fight, where you have to race down his hp before he is finished, i wasn't able to bring his hp down before he finished his ultimate. As i didn't found another working table for version 1.03, i used wemod trainer to have a damage multiplier of 3x to successfully race his hp down.
1F0882BBD88 for lvl (might just be for young clive?) 1F0882C8890 for difficulty (set to 2 for FF and 3 for Ultimaniac) 1F050072E7C for clive ap (might just be for young clive?) hopefully this helps out other people
I think cheating in a weapon as well would be very helpful to get started
