Ah, good that it's now self contained. Logos is good in its own way but it kind of is going in a direction I don't like so I stopped using it. Your mod is more 'restrained' so to speak ie it doesn't break the default feel too much.
Only thing I don't really like personally is the void slash... could there be a version without that? Or some way to opt out?
Thanks. The void slash as it is has too much of a startup making it not really that useful. A suggestion would be to replace it with Steel Counter instead since it fires off near instantly and can be used as a cool finisher to a combo.
I have to bring up the file structure in the latest update. I was told doing it this way was too time consuming and would cause people to complain about why the mod isn't working for them...which I didn't understand. The only question a person would have should be "Why are these aspects of the game suddenly in English" which you explain very clearly and easy to understand in the description.
What doing it your way does is if every mod was built like this or rather didn't alter the file structure, future compatibility between same file altering mods when authors have long moved on would be fool proof so long as you know what to load when of course. Nothing is more annoying than going back to mod a 10yr old game and you have to figure out why modX and modY don't cooperate only to find they could have if one had done a thing slightly different. It also provides an easy to reverse engineer for people to unpack their own files and translate their own localization when once downloading the tool is extremely easy. I'm guessing in reality it didn't add that much time to building your mod and now that it's done probably won't take near as long the next update.

Is it possible to have a custom config so I could choose what features that might conflict with Logos Unleashed to be on or off? I really love using both mods but the new beta updates to add some sweet stuff but half of them not working with this mod on, but that also means half of the fun I had gonna be missing if I turn this mod off.
It works well for now, though with removing all of the burst finishers there doesn't seem to be a way for me to use regular burning strike anymore in combo(unless there's some way I'm missing) since it's lvl1 zantetsuken for the normal input and no longer the third ground burst finisher. I get that Logos already has finisher system but it kinda feel awkward to hold l3 in combos and for ground combos I only ever get the titan fist or dark lunge finisher to work(and not even sure which one gonna come out even when I count the combo hit, probably it's only for consecutive magic burst combos which I suck at timing more than two at a time). I also noticed there's more delay when dodging so I can't just cancel with dodges all the time or even dodge cancel a phoenix shift multiple times just to keep shifting forward.
Thanks for your feedback. Removing Burst Finishers (and other things) was something I wanted to do for a while, in order to stay as close as possible to the original gameplay flow.
The Combo Finisher system from Logos Unleashed is more versatile in the sense that you can actually tweak it as you prefer. --- You can revert Burning Blade back to the previous level in the Skill tree to have the regular Burning Blade back. Although, during Limit Break, Clive will use the usual Burning Blade.
You can also set any of the Combo Finishers in Logos Unleashed's config menu as Burning Blade with one of these actions:

The update (1.3.2) I have released yesterday should work with Logos Unleashed beta release. Have you first removed my mod previous update in Reloaded-II before installing the one?
Please make sure that the game language and the regional format of your system are set to the same language. Please also put Logos Unleashed's latest version before Eikonic Overhaul in Reloaded-II.
so i can't 100% say it's this mod but I'm fairly certain -- during the "Clive mirror match" early-ish on it's crashed twice in a row now which is pretty frustrating because it makes you restart the ENTIRE multi-boss fight because no saving in between.
When "Dark Clive" does some sort of semi-cutscene move, the audio and frame will skip a couple times and then CTD. Not sure if it's one particular move but both times have crashed towards the end of the fight. The semi-cutscene moves previously worked in the Clive v. Eikon part and some of them worked in the Clive v. Human part but something towards the end of the Human part is causing CTD.
I'm doing a NG+ and had 0 crashing issues during my entire NG run and the only mod I've changed was adding Logos + this one so that's why I say I'm pretty certain it's this
Edit: I forgot I also added the Airborn Gigaflare mod (I did the file name edit you suggested in another post for combining this with it) so it might have something to do with it as well. I know I used Gigaflare successfully multiple times but I can't be sure that wasn't what I was trying to use when it crashed during the end of the fight.
Anyways I turned off this, Logos, and the Gigaflare mod (really didn't want to take any chances of having to do that entire sequence again) and the fight went without a hitch.
It seems the issue might be coming from the changes I have done regarding Boss HP. My custom difficulty settings have been removed with the latest update (1.3.1). Hope it will fix the issue.
Are you 100% sure on the problem being with the difficulty settings? While I didn't have a crash at the moment in that fight he did, I did have the exact same kind of crash right when Clive was switching to a cutscene and doing some fight specific move. I got that same kind of audio stutter, a couple of frame skips then a brief audio buzz on the way to the desktop. This was happening during the fight sequence where you are subduing Ifrit and accepting he is you. I wasn't using your mod at the time and troubleshooted it down to one of the Cooldown mods(can't remember which I was using at the time).
Can you add a bit in the description on what parts are more or less modular? Rather which .nxds are tied to what parts of your mod. To just use the Equipment Overhaul part is almost self explanatory but going beyond that I'm not sure what changes are tied to what aspect of your mod without unpacking and deep diving into the databases.
I use a DS Edge and despite disabling xinput, Logos Unleashed is a no go for me. While it will kind of work, using it introduces other game instability problems which I think may be related to FFXVI Fix when combined with Logo's Unleashed. Fix is definitely a must use for me since I run Ultrawide as well as DSR(this could be a big contributor as FFXVI really doesn't like the 2.25x DSR setting) and there's other weird but not entirely broken behavior with other FFXVIFix's settings with LU running. It's not the fault of LU for those since FFXVIfix hasn't been updated in a while and it's had some issues by itself going back to a ModLoader update some time ago. Fix's Disable Screensaver function breaks competely with LU running and using Fix's camera settings is where that weird but not fully broken issue comes to life.
I dig everything about this mod and would love to keep as many ability changes as I could and really like the feel of the game's progression with your Skill Mastery changes. I just don't know what I can and can't keep when not running Logos Unleashed
I swear I read that section 10 times and never comprehended the Logos Unleashed tag on the action.nxd and since I missed it I'd assumed that so many of your custom combos, attacks, etc also relied on it. Very cool I don't have to sacrifice those goodies. I didn't think you'd have much insight on FFXVI fix, only that you'd think the easier solution would be to switch to an Xbox controller and dump FFXVI fix but after playing through first on the PS5 and now on PC, I can't go back to 16:9 and non-adjusted camera positions. It's as big of a game immersion changer as your mod for me. I suspect the FFFix problems are simply that it was built on early version of the mod loader.
I don't want to weaken Clive's ability. I hope for a Clive with more comprehensive and flexible skills. If possible, I would rather suggest reducing his attack power or defense to balance the overall difficulty. Good job once again!
