For people who complain that something doesn't work
IF Mod Loader or any of your mods isn't working. IF you have notifications about any issues occurred during launching a game via RELOADED-II or something else doesn't work how it should. Even if you using CRACKED version of game -- MAKE SURE THAT YOU USING THE LATEST VERSION OF RELOADED-II !!!
Update your RELOADED-II version from 1.27.12 to 1.28.8 and install latest versions of windows runtime 9.0.0 x64 and x86 both ("Reloaded-II" asks you for update via launch and instruct you to update windows runtime also)
After that, your Mod Loader and installed mods MAY start WORKING correctly (EVEN IF YOU USING PIRATED VERSION). I can't vouch for 100% that it will work at every case, but I myself have had the same issue that Mod Loader isn't working with CRACKED version of game. After I updated RELOADED-II to 1.28.8 all mods and Mod Loader have STARTS WORKING!

Dude. Making your mod only available for people who bought the game officially is fine and all. But outright refusing to work with people too poor to buy an $80 game and it's DLCs is a bit harsh. I like this game. I own this game already on PS5. I'm not buying it again. And I shouldn't have to buy it again just to use mods.
Reloaded & the mod loader is open source. Everyone is free to adapt them if needed.

As said already multiple times, it is a Reloaded-II issue, NOT a FFXVI Mod Loader issue. Nenkaai is NOT at fault here, and he has far lot more to do than provide FREE support to people that didn't even support the devs, let alone Nenkaai himself.
Hi, I have had trouble installing Reloaded II, when I run Seup.exe, the install crashes. I have been able to use the .zip package from the version linked here 1.27.12 and was able to add mods. However when launching the game I get an error, log file text in the spoiler tags. Can anyone help with this, I have installed all the dotnet and other runtime dependencies, but it doesn''t seem to be able to locate System Runtime 9.0.0.0

Not an issue with the loader. This is an issue that happens when using non-legitimate versions of the game and altered dll files, which is not supported.
