Hmm... So, I have to make a choice between 0 ATB cost (which make the game into a more action combo style ala DMC) or your Fast Limit mod (which in itself is so much fun because of how limited it is for you to cast Limit per fight). Any reason why these two mods can't be combined?
The ATB Costs 0 and Instant Magic mods and this mod is 100% compatible, only the NEW Remove Bug Synergy Abilities mod is not compatible with this mod as stated in the descriptions of both mods.
Does excluding the synergy abilities changes from ATB Costs 0 and Instant Magic mod resolve the bug? If it is possible then I'd love to see an optional file for it. If it doesn't and still bugged out, then I think I'll just be using your fast ATB and Limit mod.

For the moment I will not upload more mods or variants, sharing a lot of content with which the same group of users interact reduces the rewards (Donation Points) offered to the authors, it would be counterproductive to invest hours in something that I will not use.
Donation Points - How they work
The system has a diminishing returns aspect to it. After a certain number of interactions from the same user across all your mods, the value of these interactions drops drastically. It can and does drop to 0.
We reward authors for posting a variety of content that appeals to lots of different users. Consider diversifying the type of mods you make, or branching out into modding a different game that interests you.
Totally understandable and I'm okay with it. Seeing that you have well over 500 mods uploaded to Nexusmods is mad impressive. Thank you for your great works.
You have been very supportive and since I had some time and you have been grateful I have created a variant Remove Bug Synergy Abilities and Fast Limit which is now available for download at ATB Costs 0 and Instant Magic
The FAST ATB mod is highly effective for Plasma Discharge build procs. However, you have to choose between this mod and the Instant cast Magic mod (if you're using both) because they both modify the same uasset file.
Ok, I have modified the description of the other mod so as not to create more confusion as only Remove Bug Synergy Abilities uses the ResidentParameter.uasset file, the others use BattleAbility.uasset.
No because the Zen Loader type of packaging for IOSTORE is not easy to create programs to combine mods and besides that the compression of the game has a special coding with protection on the whole DataObject folder.

Surely you are using another mod that modifies the same file ResidentParameter.uasset and that makes only the last mod to load to work, delete all mods and try my mod and you will see that it works fine, it is possible that the authors of the other mods you use have in the description that modifies the file to see if any of them use ResidentParameter.uasset.
It shows an update from March 1, but I don't see any update files. Also, did you delete some files? For example, Fast ATB Never Stop and Limit 1.0. Now there is only a -40% merged version. Why?
Nothing has been updated and no files have been deleted, only the category has been changed to a new one that did not exist when the page was created, you can see it in the LOGS.

ATB of AI controlled characters loads faster and does not stop with actions Caution, Action, Guard, Damage, Dodge.
