It does for me. When running around, as you rotate the camera, whenever 'inactive' team members with 4k textures come into view, it stutters. It happens a lot. It's fine with just clouds 4k textures though because he's always on screen, but the others seem to be loading in and out, which is stressing the storage drive.
Base game textures for Tifa were already mostly good. I just wanted to know if Tifa's blurry, 2-dimensional, drawn-on belly button/navel was improved upon.
