    I would very much appreciate if someone could confirm and comment here that it really works for all characters and all weapons? Because, as you can see on the pictures, I don't have access to Cait Sith yet, and don't have all the weapons, but I wanted to release this mod as soon as I found out how to edit weapons other than standard ones so people could enjoy this game how they like

      I tried it out and yes, it works for everyone including Caith Sith.

      Thank you, and I'll think about making individual files for all characters and puting it the files

    As requested I have added individual files for all characters, so you can choose which character should have standard weapons and which not

    The all characters version crashes when loading in chapter 4 during the Cloud only section, seemingly because Barret is wearing the sailor uniform with the hook, based on the error message being about Barret specifically. Just removed it for this section.

    Awesome mod though, thank you!

    Awesome, thank you so much! Do you know if this also works with weapon model replacers? For example, the Shiny Buster sword mod working with this so that the Sleek Saber has the Buster sword model but the Shiny version from the other mod?

    EDIT: Just tested it and  answered my own question right away. Works perfectly! :D

    Such a simple, yet valuable mod! THANK YOU!!!

    I couldn't stand seeing any other weapons except for the buster sword in cutscenes 😭😭

    can we possibly get  a file that only put the OG weapons over the strongest weapons and not all of them?

    You are a bonafide hero, thanks so much for this mod. Playing as Cloud without the Buster Sword just feels wrong...

    Was waiting for this mod!!!

    Request IF POSSIBLE: Could you eventually do this for other weapons? As in, say I want Cloud to ALWAYS have the Umbral Blade cosmetic, but can equip any sword and still have Umbral Blade showing?

      Otherwise, if it is a simple edit, could you explain how I could do it so that I could try and mod it myself?

      (Really like the look of Umbral Blade so would like that cosmetic over all other swords)
