Am I missing something. This doesnt seem to be the same file type as the other files in my save folder. When I launch the game it doesnt recognise this file at all.
Edit: I just noticed I missed the last part of your post. "I know someone will release all this stuff in due time, but the learning/finding part is actually more fun than just using it". Sorry. Still it's a option for you.
There is a excellent trainer by "Fling". Fling has been making trainers for a long time, they made a deal with "WeMod" sometime ago, but still always releases standalone versions of their trainers. Been using their Rebirth trainer since day after release. Works perfectly. Has 32 options. One including Max Party Level (The ! next to that one just says when you get any party level exp with that turned on, it will then max the party level out).
Which is def what I recommend doing instead of using their trainer through WeMod. Unless you made a WeMod account before sometime in 2024, it limits you to 2 hours usage per day without a "pro" sub. The same trainer, just the standalone version directly from Fling's website has no limitations. Just make sure to download the standalone version on their site and not the auto updating one (that's WeMod).
is it possible for you to upload a normal version of this? (i mean without the cheat engine modding, just the normal levels without additional unlocks?)
Stupid ass mod. "Filler chapters", f*#@ off. Chapter 1 is one of the most important parts of the entirety of FF7. You might as well not even play the game then
Thanks for this! Is it possible to make a version that is not maxed out? I would like to continue where I left off on PS5 but playing through it with the levels how they are now would take away some enjoyment.

I am on Chapter 10 on PS5 and kinda looking to get to a similar spot on PC to pick up where I left off.
I can use CE to find SP, but was not able to find the value to raise party level.
Any tips on finding that value?
Materia AP was easy enough to find, Gil, etc.
