UPDATE 25-04-15: Added an option that goes over Floral Delight instead.
Goes over "Pink Mermaid" outfit. The Cloud Moogle outfit is part of a set I'm releasing soon with Aerith and Barret. The hair clips through the body sometimes, but it is what it is =).
If you don't have a 100% save that allows you to change to the costa del sol second swimsuit option, the party mod is a great tool to use.
