All Magic and 3 Command Materia have the Magnify Materia effect included "Allows you to expand the range of spell with the linked materia" and effect will be no reduced % damage and Increase Materia Effects for REMAKE and INTERMISSION.
ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION
TheMagnify materia mod effect will not work unless the targeted Magical Materia is in the 2nd slot and is paired with another Magical Materia in the 1st slot; or one of 3 specific Command Materia (Assess Materia, Prayer Materia, or Steal Materia). The Magnify materia mod effect will not work for empty 1st slots pairings or any other Command Materia pairings, or Independent materia pairings.
Although in the combat menu in the magic list you will see next to the name of the magic the typical circle and the option to activate or deactivate single/multiple target, for the first materia of the double slot the effect will not work.
