stuttering does not depend on how powerful your pc is.. but on how optimized the game isI do not have stuttering and I play on a 4060.. rebirth and remake are poorly optimized for powerful gpu like the 4080/4090, on amd they work better because they are ported from the console version (consoles have amd gpu)

only shadows parameters changed in 5.0, I have not changed any parameters that affect the lights.. works good in my pc, see last screenshot (screenshot was taken with version 5.0 installed)
I figured out what the problem is, for some reason in this game amd gpu do not support the "..Quality=5" parameters, while nvidia rtx support these parameters.. very strange, because they are universal parameters applicable to all Unreal Engine games.. Poor optimization
I also tried with a 100% save so I could select the individual chapters of the game, but on my rtx 4060 everything works perfectly.. I was going crazy XD

Games have 2 resolutions: the display resolution (the one you set in the game settings) and the internal resolution (which you can change in unreal games with that parameter in engine.ini), so you see the game in 2k, but the game internally is rendered in 4k, thus having much more definition

This parameter is fps limit, set "t.MaxFPS=120" to set fps limit to 120
