i used main version engine tweaks, its sad that it has no #info what option do so i dont really know what to do to gain lil performance, my gpu hit from 50-65% of usage to >95% when playing at capped 60fps and sometimes it drops below 50fps. (3080ti 2160p)
But game looks a lot better, ghosting is still a bit visible, but flickering, dithering, are mostly gone, semi-transparent textures and models like hair look much better

also, the lack of "enhancers" causing soapiness such as dof, mb, aberration, etc. etc. significantly improves image clarity, I use a different reshade because I don't like excessive sharpening like the one you suggested, now I can start modding textures and models, thanks again!

I'm afraid that the texture mod will completely eat up my RAM because the current allocation is 10/12gb...

1 - The GPU must be used to the maximum possible, there is a problem if it is used only at 50-60%, if it is used at 95% it is ok. The GPU is made to be exploited to the maximum, why would it be normal to use only 50% of the GPU? It is not normal, the GPU use in game must be between 90% and 100% if the game uses all the "power" of the PC well. In game my GPU is set 99-100% and the VRAM at 95% of 8GB

2 - The mod is scheduled to push the graphics to the maximum possible in Unreal Engine trying not to lose too many FPS. This mod modifies the graphic parameters of the game to a much higher level of the original maximum level, at a cost of about 10 fps. If you don't look for better graphics but only more fps this mod is not made for you

3 - If you install the 4K texture pack that I have recommended obviously you will have a much greater use of Vram. On my PC with a 4060 8GB I have no performance problems, I do 50 stable fps, and Vram has never gone beyond 95% of use

4 - There are no info on the parameters because I am a Modder, not a university professor .. this is a preset of parameters for EU4 that I created and tested for a long time to create the perfect balance for this game to have the maximum possible graphics, with but a lower possible loss of FPS (a slight drop of FPS is inevitable)

5 - On the Unreal Engine website you can find all the documentation on the supported parameters, and what every one of these do

      1. I disagree. I prefer to play at 60 fps and use the GPU at 60-70% with much cooler components, a quieter case, and less power consumption than, say, 120 fps and everything at 100% and 600W from plug. I try not to use it at 100% and keep temperatures low, maxing 65-70stC under full stress.

      2. I know, and I fully understand and respect that, because the quality is definitely better.

      3. I'm guessing you're playing at 1080/1440p, where RAM usage is much lower. At 2160p, the default RAM usage is 10GB without mods.

      4. OK, but you set them, so you know what they do. Hence my only loose reference to the fact that it would be nice to use a #comment about what a given function changes, even for your convenience, when you were creating this mod, that was my logic and wasn't meant to offend you.

      5. I'll take a look. And I'll tinker to lower some options without major image degradation and with a bit more fps

      Thanks again.

1 - you can lock fps at 60 by changing the "t.MaxFPS=60" parameter, default i lock fps to 60 .
Anyway, if you have a working cooling the temperatures do not rise even with gpu at 100%, my gpu does not exceed 75° even after 2-3 hours of use at 100%, and i have 500mhz gpu and 1000mhz on vram of overclock... i don't have your cooling problem, You need to improve your PC cooling instead of blocking fps.. this is only a tip

3 - I play in 1440p, but I tried playing in 2160p out of curiosity and I had no "out of vram" issues, and I have the 4k texture pack installed

4 - There are thousands of possible Engine.ini parameters. Do you think I should write them all down to create a guide? I don't feel like it, and I don't owe it to anyone. This is a "preset" I created; anyone who wants to modify it to suit their needs should research the possible parameters themselves (as I did)

This game is particularly buggy compared to other UE4 games, every time I change a parameter I get comments from people who have graphic glitches on specific GPUs. It took me a year to create an "almost perfect balance" without any particular glitches, so I advise you to be careful when changing the parameters

It's a very good mode. I like it because I don't have a separate texture pack installed
pc specification is 98x3d 4070ti relaxed I want to lift the 60 frame limit and make it 120 frame, can I fix it?

      thank you

      SET ( In Engine.ini ) --> t.MaxFPS=60 with you monitor's hz (default setting i set 60hz)

This parameter is fps limit, set "t.MaxFPS=120" to set fps limit to 120

I suggest you to set your monitor hz

    Hey HEXADH,

Works perfectly and makes the game look so much less blurry than the default high presets! Thanks for the hard work!

You can see easily the difference between mod on and off as shown in the screenshot.
    Thank you, HEXADH.
FYI, 7 Remake Engine Tweaks Version is  v1.2.
