This is a known issue; I'm fairly certain that Ruin is using a unique set of sounds for it's menu, but I've been combing through the audio files for days now, and still haven't been able to figure out which audio files I need to replace. I promise, I'm working on fixing that as soon as possible, but for the time being, the Ruin Menu's music remains unchanged.
A copy of UnrealPak (Version 4.25) that was included in the Tools v2 rar provided in the description of this video. I had to set up the file structure right and convert the audio file to a wem file, but once I had the process down, it wasn't too hard.
