How did you go about making this mod? Would it be possible to build upon this to give weapons more range? I'm thinking 50 percent, but 20-30 could still be fun while keeping the game balanced.
Try equiping scouts with only epic or legendary UIR armor set. You'll be running around throwing nades every turn. With the helmet increasing nade blast radius, armor increasing damage, and legs decreasing nade cooldowns. And now have two or more scouts with UIR armor sets and you can guess how much easier the game gets to be.

The explosives are lacking in this game, kind of see why though, they're powerful, and like XCOM, it'd make for a nade fest most likely.
