Xbox Game Pass/Microsoft Store Apps are installed to a locked-down, keep-out, "it's your game, play how we want", directory on your computer. You can't even browse the folder without performing some serious Windows Account Security Ninjutsu. So, unfortunately, unless any game has official mod support (typically via in-game mods menus), you can't mod them.
If an Xbox PC game is moddable, there will be an option to Enable Mods in the Xbox App, on that game's page, in the 3-dot menu, next to the Play button.
But for Generation Zero specifically, if you enjoy this game even a little bit, it's definitely worth buying on Steam and modding it! (I own the Steam version and have Xbox Game Pass for PC.)
There is a simple way to take pc gamepass / microsoft store games out of lockdown by simply telling it to put them into a certain directory. I mod gamepass all the time doing this.

it's still working? I downloaded it but I don't know how to verify that it works, do I have to upload levels or do they give me the points for just one?
